- Each additional member RM 100 (max 2 additional persons/team)

The fee includes 3 meals: dinner on Friday 3rd July for the Pairs, lunch on Saturday and Sunday 4th -5th for the Teams, morning/afternoon tea.
Non-players partaking of meals for Congress players will be charged for the meal.

Special room rate for Congress participants at the Grand Continental Hotel:
- RM 130 per room (double or triple) per night including breakfast for 2 (+RM 10 tourism tax per person for non-Malaysians)
- additional RM 48 for 3rd person in room (inclusive of breakfast)
